Every gin begins with juniper, but its distinctive character comes from the botanicals layered alongside it - bright citrus peel, warming spices, delicate florals and aromatic herbs.

Our GINfusions let you create your own perfect pour at home. Each blend combines beautiful botanicals and dried fruit to add colour, aroma and a little extra flavour to your favourite gin. They are equally lovely with tonic, soda or your preferred alcohol-free spirit.

How to Use Your GINfusion

Pour your favourite gin over ice, then add a small pinch of your chosen GINfusion botanicals. Give it a gentle stir and allow the flavours to infuse for around 15 minutes, or longer if you prefer a fuller flavour.

Top with tonic, soda or your favourite mixer, add a garnish if you wish, and enjoy. Leave the botanicals in the glass to continue developing the flavour as you sip, or strain them out if preferred.
