Lacebark Larder creates small batch artisan products, including dried citrus and fruit, cocktail and mocktail products, infused salts and sugars, seasonings, chocolates, gift boxes, and vouchers.

We aim to ensure product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, and prices are accurate. However, handmade and seasonal products may vary slightly in appearance, packaging, colour, or availability.

3. Food, ingredients, and allergens

Please read all product descriptions and labels carefully before purchasing or consuming a product.

You are responsible for deciding whether a product is suitable for your individual dietary or health requirements.

4. Prices and availability

Prices are displayed in New Zealand dollars and include GST where applicable. Delivery costs are shown at checkout.

We may change prices, product descriptions, offers, and availability at any time. We may also limit quantities or discontinue products where necessary.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase the products in your cart. An order is accepted when we confirm it or dispatch the products.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is a pricing or listing error, payment cannot be processed, or we reasonably suspect fraudulent, reseller, or unauthorised activity.

You must provide complete and accurate billing, delivery, and contact information. Please update your details promptly if they change.

Payments are processed through the payment methods available at Shopify checkout. Lacebark Larder does not store your full payment card details.

6. Gift vouchers and custom orders

Gift vouchers are subject to the details shown at the time of purchase and cannot be exchanged for cash except where required by law.

Custom gift boxes, personalised products, wholesale orders, and other made-to-order items may have separate prices, lead times, and conditions. We will confirm these with you before accepting the order.

7. Feedback and submissions

If you send us reviews, comments, ideas, photographs, or other feedback, you allow us to use, reproduce, publish, or share that material for operating and promoting Lacebark Larder, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You must not submit material that is unlawful, harmful, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or infringes someone else’s rights.
