Brown Sugar & Hot Chilli Rub

Sweet meets heat in this bold BBQ favourite.  Brown sugar adds caramelised richness while hot chilli delivers a lingering kick.  Ideal for wings, ribs, pulled pork or anything that loves a sticky, spicy finish straight off the BBQ.
